We do NOT provide direct medical treatment but connect patients with licensed medical professionals.
3. User Responsibilities

✔ Make timely payments for booked services

4. Payments & Refund Policy
💳 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and mobile payments.
🔄 Refunds:
- The Nurse Consultation ($30) is non-refundable once completed.
- Full-service plans can be partially refunded if canceled before travel arrangements are made.
- No refunds for services already rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability
Caribbean Assistance acts as a medical travel facilitator and does not provide medical treatment. We are not responsible for:
